GoldenRoo KYC Policy
Last updated: 17.09.2026
The Company follows Know Your Customer (KYC) principles to help prevent financial crime and money laundering by identifying customers and conducting due diligence.
At any time, GoldenRoo Casino may request any KYC documents it considers necessary to establish the identity and location of a goldenroo-aus.com user. We may restrict access to services, payments, or withdrawals until identity has been sufficiently verified, or for another reason determined at our sole discretion within the applicable legal framework.
Risk-Based Due Diligence
We apply a risk-based approach that includes thorough due diligence and continuous monitoring of clients, customers, and transactions. In accordance with money laundering regulations, we use three levels of checks based on the customer, transaction, and associated risk:
- Simplified Due Diligence (SDD): applied to transactions presenting an extremely low risk that fall below the relevant thresholds.
- Customer Due Diligence (CDD): the standard verification and identification procedure used in most cases.
- Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD): applied to high-risk customers, large transactions, or circumstances requiring additional scrutiny.

When Full KYC Verification Is Required
In addition to the checks described above, completing the full KYC process is mandatory when a user:
- Makes cumulative lifetime deposits exceeding AUD 5,000.
- Requests a withdrawal of any amount through goldenroo-aus.com.
- Attempts or completes a transaction considered suspicious.
The user must provide basic personal information and upload the following documents:
