Golden Roo – Terms

GoldenRoo Casino Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 17.09.2026

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions, together with the documents referenced below (the “Terms”), govern your use of goldenroo-aus.com (the “Website”) and all associated or connected services (collectively, the “Service”).

Please read these Terms carefully. They explain important rights and responsibilities relating to the Website and constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the customer (the “Customer”), and us. Accessing the Service or using the Website, whether as a visitor or as a registered account holder (“Account”), signifies your acceptance of these Terms and any amendments published from time to time. If you disagree with these Terms, you must not access the Service or use the Website.

The Service belongs to Tusitier LTD, a limited liability company incorporated in the Marshall Islands under registration number 137952. Its registered address is Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MH96960 (the “Company”). The Company holds licence No. ALSI 202505043-FI2, issued in the State of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may update or amend these Terms, including any documents incorporated by reference or linked below, at any time. You should check this page regularly to remain informed of the current conditions.

Changes become effective and binding as soon as they are published on the Website. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Service immediately. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Bets that remain unsettled when an amendment takes effect will continue to be governed by the Terms that applied before that amendment.

3. Your Responsibilities

Whenever you access the Website or use the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

3.1. You are over 18 years of age or meet the legal age requirement for gambling or gaming in the jurisdiction applicable to you. We may ask you to provide evidence of your age at any time.

3.2. You possess the legal capacity required to enter into a binding agreement with us. Anyone who lacks that capacity must not access the Website or use the Service.

3.3. You reside in a jurisdiction where gambling is permitted. You must not reside in a country that prohibits online gambling access for its residents or for anyone located within its borders. Determining whether your use of the Service is lawful is entirely your responsibility.

3.4. You must not use a VPN, proxy, or any comparable service or device to conceal or alter identification of your actual location.

3.5. You are authorised to use every payment method you employ.

3.6. All payments to us must be made in good faith. You must not attempt to reverse a payment or take steps that would cause a third party to reverse it.

3.7. Betting may result in the loss of some or all of the money you deposit with the Service under these Terms. You accept full responsibility for those losses.

3.8. You must not place bets using information obtained in violation of legislation applicable in the country where you were located when placing the bet.

3.9. You use the Service exclusively on your own behalf, as a private individual acting in a personal capacity, rather than for another party or for commercial purposes.

3.10. You must not attempt to manipulate any market or component of the Service in bad faith or in a way that compromises our integrity or that of the Service.

3.11. You must act in good faith towards us and in connection with the Service at all times, including when placing any bet.

3.12. Neither you nor, where applicable, your employees, employers, agents, or family members are registered participants in our Affiliate programme.

4. Restrictions on Use

4.1. The Service must not be used in any of the circumstances or for any of the purposes described below.

4.1.1. You are under 18, below the age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction, or otherwise unable to enter into a legally binding agreement with us. This restriction also applies if you act as an agent or otherwise on behalf of someone below the applicable age.

4.1.2. You reside in a country that prohibits access to online gambling for its residents or for people located there.

4.1.3. You reside in, or access the Website from, any of these restricted jurisdictions:

  • Austria;
  • France and its territories;
  • Germany;
  • the Netherlands and its territories;
  • Spain;
  • the Union of Comoros;
  • the United Kingdom;
  • the USA and its territories;
  • any country on the FATF blacklist;
  • any other jurisdiction prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority.

4.1.4. You collect other Customers’ usernames, email addresses, or other information through any means, including spam, unsolicited emails, or unauthorised framing of or linking to the Service.

4.1.5. You interfere with, disrupt, or improperly influence another Customer’s activities or the general operation of the Service.

4.1.6. You distribute unsolicited commercial advertising, affiliate links, or other solicitations. Such material may be removed without notice.

4.1.7. You engage in conduct that we reasonably consider an attempt to:

  • cheat the Service or another Customer; or
  • collaborate with another Customer to secure a dishonest advantage.

4.1.8. You scrape our odds or infringe any of our intellectual property rights.

4.1.9. You carry out any unlawful activity.

4.2. You must not sell or transfer your Account to anyone else or obtain a player account from a third party.

4.3. Transfers of funds between player accounts are prohibited in every form.

4.4. If you use the Service for an unauthorised purpose, we may terminate your Account immediately by giving you written notice. Depending on the circumstances, we may also commence legal proceedings.

4.5. Employees of the Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional or other agencies, media partners, contractors, and retailers, together with their immediate family members, may not use the Service for real-money play without advance consent from the Company’s Director or CEO. If such unauthorised activity is identified, the relevant Accounts will be closed immediately, and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

5. Registration Requirements

The following conditions apply throughout your use of the Service.

5.1. We may reject any registration application at our sole discretion without being required to explain our decision.

5.2. Before accessing the Service, you must complete the registration form yourself and read and accept these Terms. We may require you to complete verification checks before you can place bets or withdraw winnings.

Documents we request may include, without limitation:

  • valid photographic identification, such as a passport, driving licence, or national identity card;
  • a recent utility bill showing your name and address as evidence of residence;
  • any other documentation considered necessary.

Until the requested information is supplied, we may suspend betting or restrict Account functions. These checks are conducted in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and anti-money laundering requirements. You must also fund your Account through one of the methods listed in the Website’s payment section.

5.3. You must supply accurate contact details, including a valid email address (your “Registered Email Address”), and keep them current. Failure to update your details may prevent you from receiving important Account notices, including amendments to these Terms.

Your Registered Email Address is used to identify you and communicate with you. You are responsible for:

  • maintaining an active and unique email account;
  • providing the correct email address;
  • notifying the Company whenever that address changes;
  • securing the email account against use by third parties.

The Company accepts no responsibility for losses or damage alleged or considered to arise from communications sent between you and the Company through your Registered Email Address.

If we cannot reach you at an email address, your Account will be suspended until you provide a reachable one. Deliberately supplying false or inaccurate personal details will result in immediate suspension upon written notice. In appropriate circumstances, we may also pursue legal action, notify the relevant authorities, or both; those authorities may take their own action.

5.4. You may hold only one Account with the Service. If multiple Accounts are identified, they are subject to immediate closure. This restriction includes Accounts operated for you by representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons, or other third parties.

5.5. To assess your financial standing and verify your identity, we may request further personal information, including your first name and surname, or consult third-party information providers we consider necessary. If we obtain additional personal information from those sources, we will tell you what data was obtained.

5.6. Your Service password must remain confidential. Where the requested Account details have been supplied correctly, we may treat all bets, deposits, and withdrawals as having been authorised by you.

We recommend changing your password regularly and never sharing it with anyone. Protecting it is your responsibility, and any failure to do so is at your own risk and expense. You may log out after each session.

Notify us immediately if you believe:

  • a third party is misusing your Account information;
  • your Account has been accessed unlawfully;
  • someone else has discovered your password; or
  • your Registered Email Address has been compromised.

We may require further information or documents to confirm your identity. Once we become aware of such an incident, we will suspend your Account immediately. Until then, you remain responsible for all Account activity, including third-party access, whether or not you authorised it.

5.7. You must not share content or information from the Service with another Customer or any other party through screenshots or similar methods. You must also not frame or otherwise display that material differently from how it would appear if the recipient entered the Service’s URL directly into a browser.

5.8. Registration gives you access to the currencies offered on the Website for deposits, withdrawals, and bets placed and matched through the Service under these Terms. Certain payment methods do not support every currency. Where this applies, the processing currency will be shown, and a conversion calculator will be available on the page.

5.9. We have no obligation to create an Account for you. The registration page constitutes an invitation to treat only. Whether to open an Account remains entirely our decision, and we need not provide a reason for declining.

5.10. After receiving your application, we may contact you for additional information or documentation needed to fulfil our legal and regulatory duties.

6. Account Management

6.1. An Account may support multiple currencies. Balances and transactions are displayed in the currency used for the relevant transaction.

6.2. We do not provide credit for use of the Service.

6.3. We may suspend or close your Account if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe you have done so, to protect the fairness or integrity of the Service, or on other reasonable grounds. Advance notice may not always be possible. Where suspension or closure results from your non-compliance, we may cancel or void your bets and withhold all Account funds, including deposits.

6.4. We may also suspend or close any Account without advance notice and return all funds. Any contractual obligations that have already matured will nevertheless be honoured.

6.5. At any time and for any reason, we may refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit a wager. This includes wagers we consider fraudulent attempts to bypass betting limits or system rules.

6.6. Money credited to your Account by mistake remains our property. When we identify the error, we will notify you and remove the amount from your Account.

6.7. If your Account becomes overdrawn for any reason, you owe us the amount of that overdraft.

6.8. You must report any Account error as soon as you discover it.

6.9. Betting is intended for entertainment and enjoyment. Stop when it ceases to be enjoyable, and never wager money you cannot afford to lose.

If you believe you have lost control of your gambling, you may request self-exclusion by contacting Customer Support from your Registered Email Address and stating that you wish to SELF-EXCLUDE. The request will take effect within 24 hours of receipt. Your Account will then be disabled until further notice from you, and you will be unable to log in.

6.10. You must not transfer, sell, or pledge your Account to another person. This restriction covers all assets of value connected with it, including Account ownership, winnings, deposits, bets, and any associated legal, commercial, or other rights or claims.

Prohibited arrangements include, without limitation, encumbrances, pledges, assignments, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation, and gifts involving a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal person, foundation, or association, in any form.

6.11. To close your Account, email Customer Support from your Registered Email Address using the contact links provided on the Website.

7. Depositing Funds

7.1. Deposits must originate from an account, payment system, or credit card registered in your own name. Deposits made in another currency will be converted using the daily rate available from oanda.com or the prevailing rate applied by our bank or payment processor. Your Account will be credited with the resulting amount. Some payment systems impose additional conversion fees, which will be taken from your deposit.

7.2. Deposits and withdrawals may incur fees or charges, as indicated on the Website. We generally cover transaction fees for deposits into your GoldenRoo Account. Any charges imposed by your own bank remain your responsibility.

7.3. The Company is not a financial institution. Credit and debit card deposits are handled by third-party electronic payment processors rather than directly by us. Your Account will be credited only after the card-issuing institution supplies the necessary approval and authorisation code. Without that authorisation, the funds will not be credited.

7.4. You must pay all amounts and charges due to us or payment providers in connection with your use of the Service. You must not charge back, renounce, cancel, or otherwise reverse a deposit.

If you do so, you must reimburse and compensate us for the unpaid deposit and any expenses incurred in collecting it. Winnings generated by wagers using the charged-back funds will be forfeited.

Your player Account:

  • is not a bank account;
  • is not guaranteed, insured, or protected by any deposit insurance, banking insurance, or similar scheme in any jurisdiction, including your own;
  • does not earn interest on funds held in it.

7.5. Accepting a promotion or bonus by entering a bonus code when depositing constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Bonuses and the conditions attached to that particular offer.

7.6. You must not deposit money derived from criminal, illegal, or unauthorised activities.

7.7. When depositing by credit card, we recommend keeping copies of both your transaction records and these Terms.

7.8. Online gambling may be unlawful where you are located. If it is, you are not authorised to deposit on this Website using your payment card. You are responsible for understanding the online gambling laws of your country of domicile.

8. Withdrawing Funds

8.1. Unused, cleared funds in your player Account may be withdrawn by submitting a request under our withdrawal conditions. The minimum amount per withdrawal is €10 or its equivalent in another currency. When closing an Account, you may withdraw the entire remaining balance instead.

8.2. No withdrawal commission applies if you have wagered your deposit at least once. Otherwise, as an anti-money laundering measure, we may deduct a fee of 8%, subject to a minimum of €4 or the equivalent in your Account currency.

8.3. Before authorising a withdrawal, we may request photographic identification, proof of address, or further identity checks, such as a selfie or verification call. Identity verification may also be carried out at any other point during your relationship with us.

8.4. Withdrawals must be returned to the debit card, credit card, bank account, or payment method originally used to fund your Account. At our sole discretion, we may permit a different withdrawal method, but additional security checks will always apply.

8.5. If you wish to withdraw from an Account that is inaccessible, dormant, locked, or closed, contact Customer Service.

8.6. Monthly withdrawal limits are as follows:

  • If your balance is at least 10 times the total value of your deposits, withdrawals are limited to A$5,000 per month or the equivalent in another currency.
  • In all other cases, the maximum monthly withdrawal is A$10,000.

8.7. We cannot guarantee that withdrawals or refunds will be processed successfully if you breach the restrictions set out in Clauses 3.3 and 4.

9. Payments and Payment Providers

9.1. You are fully responsible for settling all amounts owed to us. Payments must be made in good faith. You must not reverse a payment, or cause a third party to reverse one, to avoid a legitimately incurred obligation.

You must reimburse us for any chargeback, payment denial, or reversal you initiate and for all resulting losses. We may additionally charge an administration fee of A$50, or the equivalent in another currency, for each such chargeback, denial, or reversal.

9.2. We may appoint third-party electronic payment processors or merchant banks to handle your payments. You agree to their terms and conditions where those conditions have been brought to your attention and do not conflict with these Terms.

9.3. Any transaction on the Website may be reviewed to prevent money laundering or terrorist financing. Suspicious transactions will be referred to the appropriate authority.

10. Errors and Malfunctions

10.1. A malfunction or error in our systems or processes renders all bets void. You must notify us immediately upon discovering any error affecting the Service.

Where the Service is affected by communication failures, system errors, bugs, or viruses, or where you receive payments resulting from a defect or error, we accept no liability to you or any third party for resulting direct or indirect costs, expenses, losses, or claims. We may void the games or bets concerned and take any other corrective action.

10.2. We take care to publish bookmaker lines accurately. Nevertheless, human mistakes or system problems may cause a bet to be accepted at odds that:

  • differ materially from the odds generally available in the market when the bet was placed; or
  • are clearly incorrect in light of the likelihood of the event at that time.

In those circumstances, we may cancel or void the wager. We may also cancel or void a wager placed after an event has begun.

10.3. We may recover overpayments and amend your Account to correct mistakes, including incorrect prices or incorrectly entered event results. If your balance cannot cover the correction, we may require you to pay the outstanding amount associated with the erroneous bets or wagers.

We may also cancel, reduce, or remove pending plays, regardless of whether they were funded with money resulting from the error.

11. Betting Rules, Refunds, and Cancellations

11.1. An event’s winner is determined as of its settlement date. Protests or overturned decisions will not be recognised for betting purposes.

11.2. Published results become final after 72 hours, after which no enquiries will be considered. During that 72-hour period, results will be amended only to correct human error, system error, or a mistake by the results source.

11.3. If the relevant governing body overturns a match result for any reason during the payout period, all money will be refunded.

11.4. Where a draw betting option is offered and the game ends in a draw, all stakes placed on a team to win or lose are lost. If no draw option is offered, a drawn match results in refunds for all bettors. Where no draw option is available, extra time counts if it is played.

11.5. If we cannot verify an event’s result, we may declare its wagers invalid and refund the stakes. This may occur, for example, if the broadcast feed is interrupted and no alternative source can confirm the result.

11.6. We determine the minimum and maximum stakes for every event and may change them without advance written notice. Limits may also be adjusted for individual Accounts.

11.7. You alone are responsible for transactions made through your Account. Completed transactions cannot be amended. We accept no responsibility for missing or duplicated wagers placed by a Customer and will not consider discrepancy requests based on such omissions or duplication.

After each session, you may check the My Account section to confirm that all intended wagers were accepted.

11.8. A matchup remains valid for betting purposes if both teams are correctly identified, irrespective of the league heading under which it appears on the Website.

11.9. Dates and start times shown for esports matches are indicative and are not guaranteed to be accurate. If a match is suspended or postponed and does not resume within 72 hours of its actual scheduled start time, wagers on that match will be void and refunded.

Bets on a team or player advancing in or winning a tournament are an exception: they remain valid despite a suspended or postponed match.

11.10. If we list an incorrect event date, wagers remain valid according to the date announced by the governing body.

11.11. A team’s use of substitute players does not invalidate the result, since using those substitutes is the team’s decision.

11.12. The Company may remove events, markets, or any other products from the Website.

11.13. Further details are provided on the separate SPORTS BETTING RULES page.

12. Notices and Communications

12.1. Any notice or communication you send us under these Terms must be submitted through a Customer Support form on the Website.

12.2. Unless these Terms state otherwise, we may send notices and communications to you by publishing them on the Website, emailing your Registered Email Address held in our records, or both. The communication method is entirely at our discretion.

12.3. All communications and notices under these Terms, whether sent by you or us, must be written in English and given to and from the Registered Email Address associated with your Account.

12.4. We may occasionally email you betting information, exclusive promotions, and other updates from GoldenRoo. By accepting these Terms during registration, you consent to receive these emails. You may withdraw from promotional communications at any time by contacting Customer Support.

13. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for a failure or delay in providing the Service caused by a force majeure event reasonably beyond our control, despite reasonable preventative measures.

Such events include:

  • acts of God;
  • trade or labour disputes;
  • power failures;
  • acts, failures, or omissions of a government or authority;
  • disruption or failure of telecommunications services;
  • other delays or failures caused by third parties.

We accept no liability for losses or damage you experience as a result. In these circumstances, we may suspend or cancel the Service without incurring liability.

14. Liability Limitations

14.1. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we will not compensate you for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from our failure to fulfil obligations under these Terms, unless we breach a duty imposed by law, including where our negligence causes death or personal injury.

In that case, we will not be liable where the failure is attributable to:

  • your own fault;
  • a third party unconnected with our performance of these Terms, including issues with communications network performance, congestion, connectivity, or your computer equipment; or
  • circumstances that neither we nor our suppliers could have anticipated or prevented even with reasonable care.

The Service is intended solely for consumer use. We accept no liability for business losses of any kind.

14.2. If we are found liable for an event under these Terms, our combined liability to you arising under or in connection with them is limited to the lower of:

  • the value of the bets or wagers placed through your Account in relation to the relevant bet, wager, or product giving rise to the liability; or A$500 in total.

14.3. We strongly advise you to:

  • check that the Service is suitable for and compatible with your computer equipment before using it;
  • take reasonable protective measures against harmful programs or devices, including installing antivirus software.

15. Underage Gambling

15.1. If we suspect or are informed that you are under 18, were under 18 when placing bets, or are or were below the applicable age of majority, we will lock your Account to prevent further betting and withdrawals.

We will investigate, including whether you acted as an agent for or otherwise on behalf of an underage person.

If we establish that you are currently underage, were underage at the relevant time, or placed bets for or at the request of someone underage:

  • All winnings already credited or awaiting credit to your Account will be retained.
  • You must repay, upon demand, all winnings obtained through the Service while underage. If you fail to do so, we will seek recovery of all associated collection costs.
  • Any deposited money that does not represent winnings will, at our sole discretion, either be returned or retained until you reach 18. We may deduct payment transaction fees from any refund, including deposit fees we previously covered for your Golden Roo Account.

These consequences may apply in combination or as alternatives, as provided above.

15.2. The same condition applies if you are over 18 but below a higher legal betting age imposed by the jurisdiction in which you place your bets.

15.3. If we suspect a breach of this clause or an attempt to exploit it fraudulently, we may take any investigative action necessary, including notifying the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

16. Fraud and Dishonest Activity

We will pursue criminal and contractual sanctions against Customers involved in fraud, dishonesty, or criminal conduct. Where we suspect such activity, payments to the Customer will be withheld.

The Customer must indemnify us and pay, upon demand, all resulting costs, charges, and losses incurred or sustained by us, whether arising directly or indirectly. These include direct, indirect, and consequential losses, as well as lost profit, business, and reputation.

17. Intellectual Property Rights

17.1. Using our name or logo without permission may lead to legal proceedings.

17.2. As between you and us, all rights in the Service, our technology, software, business systems (the “Systems”), and our odds belong exclusively to us.

Your personal profile must not be used for your own commercial benefit, such as selling a status update to an advertiser. We may remove or reclaim your chosen Account nickname whenever we consider it appropriate.

17.3. You must not use our URL, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, or logos (the “Marks”), or our odds:

  • in connection with products or services that are not ours;
  • in a way likely to confuse Customers or the public; or
  • in a manner that disparages us.

17.4. Except where these Terms expressly provide otherwise, neither we nor our licensors grant you any express or implied right, licence, title, or interest in the Systems or Marks. All such rights are retained by us and our licensors.

You must not use manual or automated devices to monitor or reproduce pages or content within the Service. Unauthorised use or copying may result in legal action.

18. Permission to Use the Service

18.1. Provided you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence cannot be transferred or sublicensed and ends when our agreement with you under these Terms terminates.

18.2. Except for your own content or where expressly permitted by these Terms or elsewhere on the Website, you must not:

  • modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, or reproduce the Service, its content, or its software;
  • upload, post, distribute, perform, or display any such material;
  • create derivative works from it;
  • exploit it in any other way.

Information or content contained in the Service or supplied in connection with it must not be altered, combined with other data, or published in any format. This includes screen scraping, database scraping, and any other activity intended to collect, store, reorganise, or manipulate that material.

18.3. A breach of this clause may also infringe our intellectual property or other proprietary rights, or those of third parties, and may expose you to civil liability, criminal prosecution, or both.

19. Conduct and Customer Safety

19.1. To protect you and other Customers, we strictly prohibit unlawful, inappropriate, or undesirable content and conduct on or in connection with the Service (“Prohibited Behaviour”).

19.2. If you engage in Prohibited Behaviour, or we decide at our sole discretion that you have done so, we may immediately terminate your Account or your access to or use of the Service without notice. We, other Customers, third parties, or enforcement authorities may also take legal action.

19.3. Prohibited Behaviour includes, without limitation, using or accessing the Service to:

  • Promote or distribute information you know to be false, misleading, or unlawful.
  • Carry out illegal activity, including promoting criminal enterprises, infringing another Customer’s or a third party’s privacy or other rights, or creating or spreading computer viruses.
  • Harm minors in any manner.
  • Distribute or make available content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, lewd, violent, hateful, or objectionable on racial, ethnic, or other grounds.
  • Share content you have no right to provide under law or a contractual or fiduciary relationship, including material infringing third-party copyright, trademarks, intellectual property, or proprietary rights.
  • Distribute viruses or other computer or programming code, including HTML, intended to interrupt, destroy, or alter the Service’s functionality or appearance, another website, or computer software or hardware.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service, including intercepting, emulating, or redirecting our communications protocols.
  • Create or use cheats, modifications, hacks, or other software designed to alter the Service, or software that intercepts or gathers information from or through it.
  • Retrieve or index Service information with robots, spiders, or other automated tools.
  • Participate in any activity that, in our sole and unrestricted discretion, results or may result in another Customer being defrauded or scammed.
  • Send unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or bulk communications, including junk mail, instant messages, spim, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other solicitations.
  • Create Accounts automatically or through false or fraudulent representations.
  • Impersonate another Customer or a third party.
  • Perform any other act that we reasonably regard as contrary to our business principles.

This list is not exhaustive and may be revised at any time.

We may investigate and take whatever action we consider necessary or appropriate at our sole discretion, including deleting Customer posts or closing Accounts. We may act against any Customer or third party who directly or indirectly engages in Prohibited Behaviour, or knowingly allows another party to do so, with or without notice.

20. Third-Party Website Links

The Service may include links to websites operated by third parties that are neither maintained by nor connected with us and are outside our control.

These links are supplied for convenience only. We do not investigate, monitor, or verify the accuracy or completeness of the linked websites. A link does not imply our endorsement of, or affiliation with, a website, its content, or its owners.

We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the availability, accuracy, completeness, accessibility, or usefulness of these websites. When visiting them, we recommend taking the normal precautions associated with an unfamiliar website, including reviewing its privacy policy and terms of use.

21. Complaints and Disputes

21.1. Questions or concerns about these Terms should be directed to Customer Service through the Website’s contact links. Use your Registered Email Address for all correspondence with us.

21.2. Despite the preceding provision, we accept no liability to you or any third party for responding to a complaint or taking action in connection with it.

21.3. If you disagree with the settlement of a bet, submit the details of your complaint to Customer Service. We will make reasonable efforts to reply within a few days and, in any event, intend to respond to all such enquiries within 28 days of receipt.

21.4. A dispute must be submitted within three (3) days of the relevant wager being decided. Claims made after that deadline will not be honoured. You remain solely responsible for your Account transactions.

21.5. Customer Service will first attempt to reach an agreed resolution with you. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be referred to management.

21.6. If all attempts to resolve the matter to your satisfaction fail, you may have the dispute determined through arbitration.

22. Assignment of Rights and Obligations

You may not assign these Terms or any rights or obligations arising under them without our advance written consent. We will not withhold that consent unreasonably.

We may assign some or all of our rights and obligations to a third party without your consent, provided that the third party can supply a service of substantially similar quality. We will give written notice of the assignment by publishing it on the Service.

23. Severability

If a competent authority finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be amended so it can be enforced, as far as applicable law allows, in accordance with the intention of the original wording.

All other provisions will remain valid and enforceable.

24. Breach of the Terms

Without restricting any other remedies available to us, we may suspend or close your Account and decline to continue providing the Service if we reasonably consider that you have breached a material provision of these Terms.

We may take either action without advance notice, but will notify you promptly afterwards.

25. General Conditions

25.1. Duration of the agreement. These Terms remain fully effective for as long as you access or use the Service or are a Customer or Website visitor. They continue to apply after your Account is terminated, regardless of the reason for termination.

25.2. Interpretation. References in the singular include the plural, and vice versa. Masculine wording includes feminine and neuter genders, and vice versa. References to persons include individuals, partnerships, associations, trusts, unincorporated organisations, and corporations.

25.3. Waiver. Any waiver by us of an actual or threatened breach, whether indicated through conduct or otherwise, is effective and binding on us only if it is written and duly signed by us. Unless that document states otherwise, the waiver applies only to the particular breach identified.

Our failure to enforce a provision at any time does not waive that provision or prevent us from enforcing it later.

25.4. Acknowledgement. By subsequently accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every paragraph of these Terms. You therefore irrevocably waive any future argument, claim, demand, or proceeding contrary to their contents.

25.5. Language. If the English version of these Terms differs from a version in another language, the English wording prevails.

25.6. Governing law. These Terms are governed solely by the law in force in the State of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.

25.7. Entire agreement. These Terms form the complete agreement between you and us concerning access to and use of the Service. They replace all earlier written or oral agreements and communications relating to that subject.
